The rules for using Romy, including integrations, AI features, and health-data responsibilities.
Last updated: July 6, 2026Acceptance
By using Romy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using Romy for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
What Romy is
Romy helps you organize personal health and life information, connect integrations, review documents, chat with AI, and maintain protocols or goals.
Romy does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, emergency response, or professional advice. Always verify important health decisions with a qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
- Use Romy only for lawful purposes and only with information you have the right to provide.
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account is compromised.
- Review AI outputs carefully. They can be incomplete, wrong, or based on stale or incomplete data.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use Romy to harm others.
- Do not rely on Romy for emergencies. For urgent medical or safety issues, contact local emergency services.
Integrations and third-party services
Romy can connect to third-party services such as wearable providers, document processors, AI providers, transcription services, and other infrastructure providers.
Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, limits, outages, and permission controls. You are responsible for maintaining and revoking integrations you choose to connect.
Data and content
You keep ownership of the content you provide to Romy. You grant Romy the permission needed to host, process, display, analyze, transform, and transmit that content to provide the product.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you add. Romy may remove content or restrict access if needed to protect the product, users, or legal obligations.
Availability and changes
Romy is provided as available. Features can change, break, be limited, or be removed. Integrations can stop working if a provider changes its API, permissions, terms, or availability.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use Romy to create regulated medical decisions without appropriate professional oversight.
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or violates someone else's privacy.
- Do not share account access or tokens with unauthorized people.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Romy is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Romy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular health, medical, or professional purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Romy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Romy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or if continued operation is no longer practical.
Updates
We may update these terms as Romy changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
